Gift Certificates may be purchased at the Tower Theaters Ticket Desk, over the phone (413-533-3456) via credit card, or ONLINE.

ALL passes (with the exception of the 365-Day Passes) are valid for seven years from the date issued. There is an expiration date on the back of each pass. We DO NOT honor expired passes under ANY circumstances.

Due to a new law passed in April 2003, all gift certificates are valid for seven years. Any passes that were purchased before the change over will now be valid for an additional five years on top of the two year expiration the passes already have. Any promotional passes (passes that were given away as donations) are excluded from this extention.
